# Home and daily briefing

> Your morning briefing with KPI tiles for won YTD, pipeline value, win rate, and hours saved, plus what changed overnight and what needs your decision.

The Home view is the first thing you see when you open a project. It gives you a snapshot of everything that matters, without making you click around.

## KPI tiles

At the top of Home, four tiles show your live fundraising health:

| Tile                      | What it shows                                         |
| ------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **Won YTD**               | Total capital secured year-to-date                    |
| **In pipeline**           | Expected value of active opportunities                |
| **Win rate**              | % of submitted applications that received funding     |
| **Autopilot hours saved** | Estimated hours the agents have worked on your behalf |

## The daily briefing

Below the tiles, the autopilot surfaces four blocks:

1. **What changed overnight** — new opportunities found, replies received, drafts progressed
2. **Awaiting your decision** — a count of open [Tasks](/app/tasks) (with a shortcut to the queue)
3. **What the autopilot will work on today** — the agent’s plan for the next 24 hours
4. **1 win to celebrate** — a positive signal from your pipeline (even small ones count)

## Tips

  Check Home first thing each morning. If there’s nothing in "Awaiting your decision", the autopilot is running fine and you don’t need to do anything.
