# Pipeline board

> Track every grant and investor opportunity through Targeting, Drafting, Submitted, and Won stages in a Kanban board or sortable list view.

Pipeline gives you a clear view of every active opportunity in your project, what stage it's at, and what needs to happen next.

## Views

Switch between:

* **Kanban** — drag-and-drop cards across stages
* **List** — sortable table with more metadata visible at once

## Stages

| Stage         | What it means                                                         |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Targeting** | Scout has found and ranked this opportunity; drafting not yet started |
| **Drafting**  | Writer is actively working on the application                         |
| **Submitted** | Application sent; awaiting funder decision                            |
| **Won**       | Funding secured 🎉                                                    |

For investor threads, stages follow a similar pattern: **Identified → Outreach sent → Replied → Meeting → Term sheet**.

## Each card shows

* Opportunity name and funder / investor
* Expected value (grant amount or investment target)
* Deadline or next milestone
* **Next action required** — what needs to happen to advance this card
* **Who’s working on it** — which agent is active, or if it’s in your Tasks queue

## Moving cards

Cards move automatically as the agents progress work. You can also drag them manually — for example, to mark something Won after a verbal confirmation, before the formal paperwork arrives.
