# Workspace, projects, and team

> Organize projects per startup or client, manage team members and roles, and view a portfolio KPI overview across every project in your workspace.

Every RaisePill account has a workspace — even with a single project. The workspace is the org-level container for everything. Think of it like your company account in Supabase or Vercel.

Open the workspace by clicking the **project pill** in the sidebar and selecting **Workspace settings**.

## Projects

Each project maps to one startup (or one client). Projects have their own:

* Agent, goals, and autonomy settings
* Data Room (sources)
* Drafts and applications
* Pipeline and contacts

Create a new project from the workspace dashboard or the sidebar pill menu.

## Portfolio

A KPI overview across every project in your workspace. Designed for consultancies running multiple clients. See at a glance:

* Won YTD per client
* Active applications
* Win rates
* Agent hours used

## Clients

A list of your client relationships with:

* Retainer status and amount
* Project health
* Lead consultant assigned

## Pipeline (cross-client)

Every application in flight across the entire workspace — all projects, all stages — in one view. Filter by project, stage, funder, or deadline.

## Team

Manage who has access to what:

* Add consultants and assign them to specific projects
* View capacity and current workload per team member
* See win rate per consultant
* Monitor agent hours used per person

## Integrations

Workspace-wide connectors. Connect once, use across all projects:

* **Transfer / delete** — org ownership transfer or account deletion
