Concierge handles the communication side of fundraising: drafting investor replies, timing sends, following up on stuck threads, and keeping you informed with daily and weekly digests.

What Concierge does

Drafts replies

When an investor responds to your outreach, Concierge reads the full thread, drafts a reply in your tone, and queues it as a task for your approval before sending.

Times outreach

You set a preferred sending window (e.g. Wed 9:00 CET). Concierge queues all outreach to send within that window — not at 2am, not in a burst.

Follows up on stuck threads

If a thread goes quiet past your configured threshold (e.g. 5 business days with no reply), Concierge drafts a follow-up and surfaces it in Tasks.

Sends digests

  • Daily digest — what happened, what’s pending, what the agent will work on today
  • Weekly digest — KPIs, pipeline movement, upcoming deadlines

What Concierge never does without you

  • Send to Tier-1 funds (always requires approval, regardless of autonomy level)
  • Send anything that wasn’t drafted from your thread context
  • Exceed your monthly outreach budget cap
Hard constraints set in Project Settings are enforced at the Concierge level. If you’ve added “Never email Tier-1 funds without my approval”, Concierge will always create a task instead of sending.

Where you see Concierge’s output

  • Tasks — reply drafts and follow-up queues awaiting your approval
  • Pipeline — thread status and next action per investor
  • Email — daily and weekly digest delivered to your inbox
