Anatomy of a task card
Each task card shows:- What it is — e.g. “Submit EIC Accelerator Phase 1 application”
- Which agent created it — Scout, Strategist, Writer, Reviewer, or Concierge
- Why I’m asking — the agent’s reasoning, so you’re never approving blind
- The draft or action — a preview or link to the full content
What you can do
| Action | What happens |
|---|---|
| Approve | Agent executes immediately. You won’t be asked again for this step. |
| Edit then approve | Opens the linked draft or form. Make changes, then approve. |
| Snooze | Pushes the task to a later time. The agent pauses this thread. |
| Reject | Declines the action. The agent logs it and moves on. |
What always requires a task
Regardless of your autonomy level, these actions always appear as tasks and always require your approval:- Grant submissions
- Replies to warm investor threads
- Any action that violates a hard constraint
You don’t need to clear Tasks every day. Snooze anything that’s not urgent. The autopilot keeps working on other threads while it waits.
