Pipeline gives you a clear view of every active opportunity in your project, what stage it’s at, and what needs to happen next.
Views
Switch between:
- Kanban — drag-and-drop cards across stages
- List — sortable table with more metadata visible at once
Stages
| Stage | What it means |
|---|
| Targeting | Scout has found and ranked this opportunity; drafting not yet started |
| Drafting | Writer is actively working on the application |
| Submitted | Application sent; awaiting funder decision |
| Won | Funding secured 🎉 |
For investor threads, stages follow a similar pattern: Identified → Outreach sent → Replied → Meeting → Term sheet.
Each card shows
- Opportunity name and funder / investor
- Expected value (grant amount or investment target)
- Deadline or next milestone
- Next action required — what needs to happen to advance this card
- Who’s working on it — which agent is active, or if it’s in your Tasks queue
Moving cards
Cards move automatically as the agents progress work. You can also drag them manually — for example, to mark something Won after a verbal confirmation, before the formal paperwork arrives. Last modified on May 18, 2026
